Ingredients
150g dark chocolate
100g coconut oil
100g plain flour
100g caster sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp baking powder
for the peanut butter batter
80g caster sugar
100g smooth peanut butter
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 egg
Method
Line a 20cm x 20 cm baking tin, with butter and baking parchment. Set aside.
Pre-heat your oven to 180c/160c fan/gas 4.
Gently melt the dark chocolate with the coconut oil over a low heat, stirring to ensure the chocolate doesn't stick and burn.
Meanwhile, weigh out all the dry ingredients into a bowl. Beat the eggs together and add to dry ingredients. Then add the melted chocolate to this mixture.
Now make the peanut butter mixture. Whisk the sugar, peanut butter and vanilla essence together and then add the beaten egg.
Now comes the fun bit - dollop alternative bits of batter into your tin. Once you have done this, take a smooth knife and give the batter a few swirls to intertwine the batters and create the pretty effect. Then sprinkle with seas salt, and bake in the oven for 25 minutes. Enjoy !
