We don't just love teaching and making bread, we also love talking about it too! We take any opportunity we can to spread the word and give more people the confidence to own their own dough.

We were lucky enough to feature on Behnaz Akhgar's midweek menu on BBC Radio Wales talking about our Easter Rhubarb Bakewell tart.

One of our specialities is an oat and treacle loaf, which caught the attention of Kate Humble and features in her book ‘A Year of Living Simply’.
