Summer Fruit Tart - Blomme Tarte

(This truly is an easy and quick recipe)


Jus-Rol Puff pastry (ready rolled)

250g Mascarpone

2 tbsp Icing Sugar

Vanilla essence 1tsp

Plums or any fruit you like


Heat oven to 180c. Using a cutter make little circles in the pastry, and place on baking paper on your tray. Cut a rim with a knife into the pastry.

Bake for 10 to 12 minutes.

In the meantime, mix 250g mascarpone with the icing sugar and vanilla essence.

Let it cool, and once cooled, gently press down the pastry and add the mascarpone. Slice your fruit and place on the mascarpone mixture.

Serve the same day.

If you prefer whipped cream you can use that instead or creme fraiche. Enjoy !
