Finally a gluten free bread recipe that we are happy to share !
250g Oat Flour
1 tsp Bicarbonate
1tsp sea salt
7g of White vine vinegar
250g milk or oat milk
Pre-heat the oven to 180c fan, 200c or 400f. Grease a 450g tin with veg oil, and also grease some silver foil to cover when you bake it
Weigh out the milk and add the vinegar, let it curdle for 15 minutes.
Weigh out the Oat flour and add the sea salt and bicarb. Mix it all together.
Once the milk has curdled, add this to the dry ingredients and mix it all together. Put this into the bread tin and then cover with the silver foil.
We like to sprinkle the top with seeds but this is optional.
Bake for 1 hour, but take the silver foil off 10 minutes before the hour is up. Remove from the tin and let it cool on a rack.
