Learn to bake with confidence

Join one of our friendly, family-run bread making classes. We’ll teach you everything you need to know about the art of dough. Our classes are all small so that everyone gets the help they need to create something they can be proud of in a relaxed and informal atmosphere. You don’t need any prior baking experience, just show up and bake!

 

We run classes from our local mill in Talgarth, Wales. We’ll provide you with all the equipment, recipes and ingredients you need. Morning tea or coffee is also provided and you’ll go home with a bag of your very own beautifully baked treats. And the confidence to make your own bread!

 

Not local, or fancy learning to bake from the comfort of your own kitchen? No problem, we also run online classes. Book a class and we will send you a full ingredient and equipment list so that you are all set.
