Danish Christmas Baking
This course is for those who are familair with baking and dough.
On our Danish Christmas baking course we embrace the Christmas ‘Hygge’ of baking.
We master the classic Cinnamon Bun, and a marzipan festive bread, our signature Danish Oat and Treacle loaf, which is delicious with smoked salmon or avocado.
And on some courses we do rolls, Saffron swirls or Raisin spelt buns. And we always squeeze in a festive Christmas cookie aka a Kiks - which is cookie in Danish.
