Italian breads


This course is all about the art of making Italian breads with olive oil & semolina. On the day we will make; Sea salt and rosemary Foccacia, Classic Ciabatta & Parmesan and Olive Grissini (breadsticks).

  • The day will be jammed packed so please log onto the zoom link at 9:45am, in order for a prompt start at 10:00am.  We use the first 15 minutes to run through introductions.

    Normally, we would provide coffee, tea, water, snacks and lunch during the day. Please make sure you have had a big breakfast and if you wish to eat and drink during the workshop, please do so.

  • We'll make sure that you have the full utensils and ingredients list a week before your course.
