Introduction to Bread - Glorious Bread SOLD OUT
Taught at Bara Melin, at the Talgarth Mill; our introduction to bread is a great way to learn the magic of dough and make your own fresh bread. The day starts at 9.30 am with coffee and cake and ends at 1300 pm when you leave with the confidence to bake on your own and with 3 delicious baked breads and cookies. We make an artisan white loaf tin, sesame seed burger buns and olive and parmesan breadsticks. The classes are limited to 4 people at the moment to allow for social distancing. However if you are a family of 6 from the same bubble we can accomodate this.
