Introduction to basic bread-making
Always wanted to master the dough?
This is a perfect class for beginners, and those who have tried but want to improve their skills. Learn how to make the basic artisan wholemeal loaf, sesame burger buns, olive oil foccacia and our Dough and Daughters signature oat & treacle loaf.
The day will be jammed packed so please log onto the zoom link at 9:45am, in order for a prompt start at 10:00am. We use the first 15 minutes to run through introductions.
Normally, we would provide coffee, tea, water, snacks and lunch during the day. Please make sure you have had a big breakfast and if you wish to eat and drink during the workshop, please do so.
We'll make sure that you have the full utensils and ingredients list a week before your course.
