Introduction to basic bread-making
Always wanted to master the dough?
This is a perfect class for beginners, and those who have tried but want to improve their skills. Learn how to make the basic artisan white, a hearty whole meal loaf, artisan spelt buns and our Dough and Daughters signature oat & treacle loaf.
The day will be jammed packed so please log onto the zoom link at 9:45am, in order for a prompt start at 10:00am. We use the first 15 minutes to run through introductions.
Normally, we would provide coffee, tea, water, snacks and lunch during the day. Please make sure you have had a big breakfast and if you wish to eat and drink during the workshop, please do so.
We'll make sure that you have the full utensils and ingredients list a week before your course.
